Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Senior Manager, Plasma Pricing to develop and implement the compensation strategy for the U.S. plasma collection network. The role blends revenue management, pricing analysis, and product ownership, guiding data-driven compensation recommendations for leadership.

The ideal candidate has 9+ years in pricing/analytics and excels in modeling, forecasting, and cross-functional leadership. This is a hybrid role with in-office days in RTP and remote work part of the week.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of pricing, analytics, data science, forecasting, revenue management, or related field with demonstrated impact.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership capabilities with clear business storytelling.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python or comparable analytics tools; English proficiency required; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of data-driven compensation models to support collections goals and performance.
• Develop pricing recommendations using donor-demand forecasts, financial models, scenarios and market conditions.
• Evaluate financial and operational impact of pricing changes and communicate assumptions and risks to leadership.
• Monitor pricing performance and optimize compensation structures with data-driven insights to improve engagement and results.
• Partner with Operations, Marketing, IT and other stakeholders to coordinate implementation of approved strategies.
• Own pricing tools and models by defining requirements and prioritizing enhancements for reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Data Science to apply analytics, forecasting, and performance measurement to pricing decisions.
• Develop frameworks and methodologies for consistent, transparent, and compliant pricing decisions.
