Job summary

Qualifications

• 9+ years in pricing, analytics, data science, forecasting, revenue management or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills; able to translate data into business recommendations.
• Experience partnering across functions and managing complex projects; English dominant; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and enhancement of data-driven compensation models supporting collections goals.
• Develop and present pricing recommendations using forecasts, market conditions, and performance data.
• Evaluate financial and operational impact of compensation changes; communicate risks and outcomes.
• Monitor pricing performance and optimize structures to improve engagement and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, IT, and other stakeholders on implementation and impact.
• Own pricing tools and models; define requirements and monitor performance.
• Work with Data Science on analytics, segmentation, forecasting, and measurement.
• Develop frameworks for consistent, compliant pricing decisions.
