Grifols, a global healthcare company, seeks an Associate Director of Plasma Pricing to lead data-driven compensation models for the US plasma collection network. You will own pricing tools, forecast donor demand, and present strategic recommendations to leadership.

The role requires 9+ years in pricing/analytics and a strong ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. This is a hybrid role with office time in RTP and remote work several days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• 9+ years of experience in pricing, analytics, data science, forecasting, revenue management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills; data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of data-driven compensation models to support collections goals.
• Develop data-driven pricing recommendations using forecasts, financial models, and market conditions.
• Evaluate financial and operational impact of proposed compensation changes for leadership.
• Monitor pricing performance and optimize compensation structures for efficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, IT and others to implement approved strategies.
• Own pricing tools and compensation models, prioritizing enhancements.
• Partner with Data Science for analytics, segmentation, forecasting, and performance measurement.
• Develop frameworks for transparent, compliant pricing decisions.
