Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Senior Manager, Plasma Pricing in the United States to lead compensation strategy for the US plasma collection network. The role combines pricing analytics, revenue management, and product ownership, guiding data-driven recommendations for leadership.

You will develop and monitor models, forecast donor demand, and collaborate across functions to optimize pricing and engagement while maintaining compliance and transparency.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in pricing, analytics, data science, forecasting, or revenue management with impact.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; translate data into business insights.
• Excellent communication and leadership; ability to influence across functions.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python or comparable tools; independent, fast-paced work.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of data-driven compensation models for plasma collections and engagement.
• Create pricing recommendations using donor demand forecasts, financial models, and market conditions.
• Assess financial and operational impact of changes; communicate assumptions and risk to leadership.
• Monitor pricing performance and improve efficiency through data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, IT, and other stakeholders on strategy implementation.
• Own pricing tools and models; define requirements and monitor performance and stability.
• Partner with Data Science to apply analytics, segmentation, forecasting, and measurement.
• Develop frameworks for transparent, compliant pricing decisions.
