Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Illinois is seeking a Senior Pricing & Contracts Specialist to support pricing accuracy and contract compliance across customer accounts. You will enter pricing data, guide the Pricing & Contracts Specialist, and collaborate with the Customer, Commercialization, and Revenue Growth Management teams.

This full-time role focuses on driving operational excellence, data integrity, and KPI delivery while ensuring pricing and contract processes comply with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience
• Master’s Degree or CPA preferred

Responsibilities

• Update and enter customer pricing data; assist Pricing & Contracts Specialist; coordinate with Customer, Commercialization, and Revenue Growth Management teams
• Manage Customer Contract processes and compliance; assist with projects for operational excellence
• Identify opportunities and solutions to improve processes to meet KPIs
• Analyze master data for inconsistencies; verify data sources to ensure correct pricing and reporting
• Support processes and compliance monitoring within the customer portal and pricing tool
• Other duties as assigned

Position Responsibilities:

• The Senior Pricing & Contracts Specialist updates and accurately enters customer pricing information into company systems, provides guidance and support to the Pricing & Contracts Specialist, and addresses complex issues while partnering with the Customer, Commercialization, and Revenue Growth Management teams.
• As a Senior Pricing and Contracts Specialist, you will manage Customer Contract processes and compliance, and assists with identifying and implementing projects aimed at driving operational excellence
• This role will identify opportunities and solutions to drive continuous improvement to deliver results for customers while meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as assigned
• You will analyze master data for inconsistencies and anomalies while utilizing independent sources to verify master data that can result in incorrect pricing or contract reporting
• In this role, you will assist with processes and compliance monitoring within the customer portal and pricing authorization tool
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education And Experience

• Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
