Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a results-driven professional to identify and develop business opportunities, optimize processes, and lead cross-functional strategic initiatives. You will translate priorities into actionable roadmaps and present insights to senior leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 4–6 years of experience (or GED with 7–9 years), travel up to 25%, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K match and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and develop business opportunities, partnerships, service expansions, and strategic initiatives through feasibility assessments, business case development, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Analyze, document, and optimize current business processes with stakeholders to define future-state requirements and scalable operating models.
• Leverage data and insights to design and implement process improvements, tools, and execution frameworks that drive operational efficiency and volume growth.
• Translate organizational priorities into actionable strategies, recommendations, and roadmaps, and communicate findings to senior leadership to support informed decisions.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from ideation through implementation, with defined plans, milestones, risks, and governance.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, accountability, and process compliance throughout project lifecycles.
• Travel up to 25%, at least three days per month in the trade/field.
• Other duties as assigned

• Salary: $94,176 - $117,720 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and develop business opportunities, including potential partnerships, service expansions, and strategic initiatives, through feasibility assessments, business case development, cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and implementation planning
• Analyze, document, and optimize current business processes while collaborating with stakeholders to define future-state requirements and scalable operating models
• Leverage data and insights to design and implement process improvements, tools, and execution frameworks that drive operational efficiency, volume growth, stronger customer partnerships, and operational excellence
• Translate organizational priorities into actionable strategies, recommendations, and roadmaps, and communicate findings to senior leadership to support informed decision-making
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from ideation through implementation and adoption by defining project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, success metrics, and governance routines
• Drive stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, accountability, and process compliance throughout project lifecycles to ensure successful execution and sustainable results
• Travel up to 25%, at least three days per month in the trade/field
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience
