Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Senior Pricing & Contracts Specialist to update pricing in company systems and support the Pricing & Contracts team. You will manage contract processes, ensure compliance, and drive operational excellence while collaborating with Revenue Growth Management groups.

The role emphasizes data integrity of master data, KPI reporting, and involvement with pricing portals. A bachelor’s degree with related experience is preferred; advanced degrees and CPA are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0–2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3–5+ years of experience.
• Experience with pricing, contracts, and customer data in business systems.
• Strong analytical skills for master data and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Update and enter customer pricing in company systems and support Pricing & Contracts team.
• Manage customer contract processes and compliance, and drive operational excellence projects.
• Identify improvements to drive KPI results and ensure accurate master data.

Position Responsibilities

• The Senior Pricing & Contracts Specialist updates and accurately enters customer pricing information into company systems, provides guidance and support to the Pricing & Contracts Specialist, and addresses complex issues while partnering with the Customer, Commercialization, and Revenue Growth Management teams.


• As a Senior Pricing and Contracts Specialist, you will manage Customer Contract processes and compliance, and assists with identifying and implementing projects aimed at driving operational excellence


• This role will identify opportunities and solutions to drive continuous improvement to deliver results for customers while meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as assigned


• You will analyze master data for inconsistencies and anomalies while utilizing independent sources to verify master data that can result in incorrect pricing or contract reporting


• In this role, you will assist with processes and compliance monitoring within the customer portal and pricing authorization tool


• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education and Experience

• Master's Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
