Job summary

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and develop business opportunities, including potential partnerships, service expansions, and strategic initiatives, through feasibility assessments, business case development, cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and implementation planning.
• Analyze, document, and optimize current business processes while collaborating with stakeholders to define future-state requirements and scalable operating models.
• Leverage data and insights to design and implement process improvements, tools, and execution frameworks that drive operational efficiency, volume growth, stronger customer partnerships, and operational excellence.
• Translate organizational priorities into actionable strategies, recommendations, and roadmaps, and communicate findings to senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from ideation through implementation and adoption by defining project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, success metrics, and governance routines.

Position Responsibilities

• Drive stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, accountability, and process compliance throughout project lifecycles to ensure successful execution and sustainable results
• Travel up to 25%, at least three days per month in the trade/field
• Other duties as assigned
