Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is hiring a Senior Pricing & Contracts Specialist in Illinois to manage customer pricing data and contract processes. The role partners with Customer, Commercialization and Revenue Growth teams to drive pricing accuracy and compliance.

The candidate will analyze master data, support pricing tools, and help drive continuous improvement to meet KPIs, with opportunities for professional growth in a leading beverage company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of related experience.
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3-5+ years of specific experience.
• Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Senior Pricing & Contracts Specialist updates and accurately enters customer pricing information into company systems, provides guidance and support to the Pricing & Contracts Specialist, and addresses complex issues while partnering with the Customer, Commercialization, and Revenue Growth Management teams.
• As a Senior Pricing and Contracts Specialist, you will manage Customer Contract processes and compliance, and assist with identifying and implementing projects aimed at driving operational excellence.
• This role will identify opportunities and solutions to drive continuous improvement to deliver results for customers while meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as assigned.
• You will analyze master data for inconsistencies and anomalies while utilizing independent sources to verify master data that can result in incorrect pricing or contract reporting.
• In this role, you will assist with processes and compliance monitoring within the customer portal and pricing authorization tool.
• Other duties as assigned
