Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a Senior Pricing Analyst to own end-to-end analyses, from data to strategic recommendations. You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to inform pricing decisions for plasma-derived therapies.

Responsibilities include analytical leadership, experimentation, and developing ML-driven solutions to optimize pricing, with domestic travel up to 10% and a base salary range of $86,500 to $135,960.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a quantitative field.
• 5+ years in analytics, pricing, strategy, and/or forecasting with demonstrated impact.
• Strong foundation in statistics and experimentation—hypothesis testing, regression, causal inference.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis and decision-making to shape business strategies and pricing.
• Assess pricing performance, identify drivers, risks, and opportunities across centers and donor groups.
• Develop ML-enabled pricing/forecasting solutions and clear data visualizations.
• Own experimentation lifecycle, set analytics standards and storytelling practices.
