Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a quantitative field.
• 5+ years in analytics, pricing, strategy or forecasting with demonstrated impact.
• Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, and design of experiments.

Responsibilities

• Own analyses end-to-end from data to strategic recommendations.
• Assess pricing performance across centers, fee levels, and donor groups.
• Develop pricing and forecasting models and visualizations for leadership.
• Translate data challenges into machine learning solutions to improve operations.
• Lead experimentation lifecycle and establish analytics best practices.
