BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda company, is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to own end-to-end data analyses and provide strategic recommendations. You will engage with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to inform pricing and forecasting decisions.

The role emphasizes statistical analytics, ML solutions, and experimentation within a remote-friendly environment. Domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a quantitative field required.
• 5+ years in analytics, pricing, strategy, and/or forecasting with demonstrated impact.
• Strong foundation in statistics and experimentation—hypothesis testing, regression, causal inference, experimental design, and power calculations.

Responsabilités

• Data Analysis & Decision-Making: connect raw data across sources and deliver insights shaping decisions.
• Performance Analytics: assess pricing performance across centers, fees, and donor groups.
• Statistical Analytics: contribute to forecasting projects with data analysis and visualizations.
• Machine Learning Solutions: translate data challenges into models improving operations and donor insights.
• Experimentation & Standards: own the lifecycle from design to analysis and promote analytics best practices.
