Job summary

INSPYR Solutions in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sr. Pricing Analyst to lead pricing analyses, performance reporting, and commercial decision support.

You will work with cross-functional teams to drive price realization, margin expansion, and pricing strategy across customers, suppliers, products, and brands. The role requires strong Excel/SQL, Power BI experience, and the ability to build business cases and analytical models for leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or related field.
2-5 years of pricing analytics or related experience in analytics, finance, or BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
Advanced Excel and SQL; Power BI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead pricing analyses across customers, suppliers, products, technologies, and brands to identify opportunities for growth and margin expansion.
Develop, execute, and improve pricing strategies, price lists, and methodologies.
Monitor pricing performance and provide analysis of drivers behind results.
Prepare recurring and ad hoc pricing, margin, and discount reporting for leadership.
