iSolved HCM is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to shape pricing and packaging strategy using advanced analytics and revenue modeling. You will partner with sales, product, and leadership to maximize revenue, adoption, and retention across SaaS offerings.

The role requires deep expertise in pricing analytics, modeling, and reporting, with experience in Excel, Power BI, and cross-functional collaboration. This position emphasizes data-driven decision making and strategic go-to-market impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of pricing, financial analysis, or data analytics experience, preferably in SaaS/tech.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas, pivots and scenario modeling.
• Hands-on experience with BI/data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pricing, product penetration, and attach rate trends to identify revenue opportunities.
• Develop and maintain financial models in Excel and Power BI to assess pricing and profitability.
• Lead price increase modeling to balance revenue growth and retention.
• Collaborate with product, finance, and sales to evaluate and implement pricing strategies.
• Maintain pricing tools, price books, and documentation for consistency.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support deals and pricing proposals.
• Deliver reporting and presentations translating analytics for senior leadership.
• Support business cases for new pricing initiatives and GTM decisions.
