The successful candidate will analyze pricing, margins, and product performance while shaping pricing strategy across categories and customer segments.

With four days on-site and one remote day, this role offers high visibility to senior leadership and opportunities to influence profitability and pricing technology investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 4–5+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, business analytics, revenue management, or a related analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential, including the ability to work with complex datasets and develop meaningful analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pricing, margins, customer trends, and product performance to identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Help develop and implement pricing strategies across multiple product categories and customer segments.
• Utilize advanced Excel and data analytics to evaluate pricing effectiveness and support business decisions.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Purchasing to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Develop reporting and analytical tools to help leadership make informed pricing decisions.
• Participate in process improvement, automation, and technology initiatives designed to modernize pricing operations.
• Present findings and recommendations to management and key business partners.
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives with exposure to senior leadership.
