Job summary

Technologent is seeking a Microsoft Pre-Sales Engineer in Phoenix to translate business needs into practical Microsoft-based solutions. You will support the sales team through technical discovery, solution architecture, customer presentations, and opportunity development.

Work with Account Executives, Microsoft partners, and delivery teams to craft recommendations across Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and related technologies, handling opportunities from discovery to close.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise technology sales and working with Account Executives and customers.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365; design or present cloud/hybrid solutions.
• Ability to communicate complex designs to technical and non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor with Account Executives to identify requirements, priorities, and Microsoft opportunities.
• Lead technical discovery workshops and assess customers’ environments, licensing, security posture, cloud strategy, and infrastructure.
• Translate findings into high‑level solution recommendations for stakeholders from engineers to executives.
• Support account planning, technical qualification, customer presentations, proposals, demos, PoCs, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Design high‑level solutions across Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Sentinel, and related Azure/AI capabilities.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure feasibility and smooth transition to delivery; align with Solutions Architects and Professional Services.
