Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of infrastructure or pre-sales experience in enterprise networking.
• Strong customer-facing communication and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into business solutions.
• Collaborative with customers, partners, sales teams and executives.
• Experience with Campus/Branch networking, Routing & Switching, Enterprise Wireless, Network Security, NAC, cloud networking.
• Industry certifications such as Aruba, Juniper, Cisco, or equivalent.
• Experience with State, Local Government or Education (SLED) customers.
• Understanding of current enterprise networking trends and competitors.
• Preferred: mentoring junior Systems Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Territory Managers to identify and close opportunities.
• Design end-to-end networking solutions addressing business and technical requirements.
• Deliver technical presentations, demos, workshops, and PoCs.
• Develop proposals and architectures; maintain healthy sales pipeline.
• Support partners and stay current on networking trends.
