You will mentor staff and coordinate with clients and A/E teams to keep schedules and budgets on track.

The role requires a Bachelor's in CM/CE or related field and 5+ years PM experience, with strong leadership, safety, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil or Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role.

Responsibilities

• Train and direct Project Assistant/PM I in project tracking and change orders.
• Plan and organize projects under senior supervision and manage changes.
• Supervise project staff and ensure adherence to corporate policies.
• Negotiate change orders and prepare quotations for clients.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and manage contract finances.
• Support business development opportunities.
