Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Preconstruction Project Manager for large projects in San Francisco. The role oversees planning through completion, ensuring client satisfaction and on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will mentor staff, manage two to four concurrent projects or one to two large crews, and coordinate with clients, A/E teams, and subcontractors. Strong leadership and safety knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role.
• Experience with construction project tracking and change orders.
• Knowledge of safety protocols.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior PM or Division Manager.
• Negotiate the terms and supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project.
• Liaison with primary client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
• Prepare monthly costing reports under the supervision of a Senior PM or Division Manager.
• Manage the financial aspects of contracts (progress billing, rental equipment, income/expenses).
• May assist with the development of new business opportunities.
