Job summary

Rosendin Electric is seeking a Senior Project Manager II to oversee multiple construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring client satisfaction and on-time delivery.

You will mentor staff, manage budgets and change orders, and coordinate with clients, A/E teams, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, safety know-how, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Requires developed project management skill set and leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Civil or Structural Eng or related field preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from planning through completion to ensure client satisfaction.
• Mentor and train junior staff and Assistants on project processes.
• Prepare change orders, cost reports, and quotations for the client.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
• Liaise with client and design teams to facilitate construction activities.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are met on site.
