Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager for the GES NA D&C team in New York. You will guide complex preconstruction programs from site selection, design through permitting and contracts, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

You will lead design management, drive critical decisions, and mentor other PCM professionals while ensuring safety, cost, schedule, and quality targets are met across regions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in real estate development, architecture/design or construction.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders across large programs.
• Strong ability to lead with influence, negotiate terms, and manage complex schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional preconstruction projects from site selection through design, permitting, and contract execution.
• Oversee design management end-to-end, design evaluations, conformance reviews, and value engineering.
• Manage multiple large industrial projects across locations with limited oversight and strong stakeholder communication.
