Job summary

Austin Commercial in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager to lead preconstruction efforts across multiple projects. The role focuses on conceptual and detailed estimating, scheduling, constructability analysis, value engineering, BIM, and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of combined estimating, preconstruction, and operations experience.
• BS/BA in engineering, construction science, architecture, or relevant discipline strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary point of contact during the preconstruction phase.
• Participates in design meetings with stakeholders.
• Coordinates involvement of employee-owners during preconstruction.
• Oversees preparation of deliverables with a knowledgeable approach.
• Coordinates contract review with Risk Management.
• Presents estimates to owner and design team per project requirements.
• Reviews RFPs and contracts for scope and risk.
