Job summary

Austin Commercial, part of Austin Industries, seeks a Senior Project Manager for its Orlando, FL division to lead a major commercial construction project from initiation through close-out. You will coordinate owners, architects, estimators and subcontractors, drive budgeting, scheduling and cost control, and ensure safety and quality across all phases.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, a B.S.

Qualifications

• B.S. in construction management/science, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training completed or can obtain within first year.
• Proficient in project management software and cost/schedule tools.
• Ability to lead multiple high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a major construction project by planning, scheduling and coordinating all phases.
• Organize and manage a large project staff of employee-owners.
• Support preconstruction budgeting, value engineering, and bid analysis.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, estimators, and subcontractors on cost inputs and bids.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with regulations; manage project close-out and documentation.
