Austin Commercial is seeking a Project Area Manager for the Southeast Division based out of Orlando, FL. You will provide leadership across multiple project teams, drive operational excellence, and help grow the business while upholding our ESOP culture.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clients, mentoring future leaders, and ensuring safety, reliability, and project success across complex commercial construction endeavors.

Qualifications

• B.S. in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of combined project management and field operations experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training (may be obtained within first year).
• Ability to lead high-performing teams across multiple projects.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee large, complex commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Review jobsite progress and safety, attending meetings with the project team.
• Coordinate planning, scheduling, quality control, and subcontractor performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships to pursue new business opportunities.
