McKinstry, based in Seattle, seeks a Senior Preconstruction Partner to standardize preconstruction processes across its E&TS National Platform. The role leads estimating, risk management and contract activities, coaching regional teams and aligning with design and product standards.

You will work with Viewpoint, Procore, InEight and Excel tools, guiding project scopes, schedules and budgets with a focus on profitability and quality.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in architecture, engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years in construction, PM, estimating or preconstruction.
• Strong business acumen and financial know-how.

Responsibilities

• Drive standardized preconstruction, estimating and risk management across units.
• Coach regions and teams across project phases from concept to execution.
• Lead contract reviews and negotiations with SMEs.
• Ensure seamless transition from sales to build teams.
• Share strategies and lessons learned across the organization.
