The role commands 6+ years of precast QC experience and PCI Level III credentials, with the ability to coordinate supplier audits and mentor staff through certification cycles.

Qualifications

• PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III is required.
• 6+ years of precast and prestressed QC experience including supervision.
• Experience preparing a plant for PCI certification and hosting audits.
• Familiarity with PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state DOT specs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals to PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT requirements.
• Prepare plants for PCI certification audits and DOT approvals.
• Lead corrective actions.
• Resolve structural acceptance questions on prestressed products with the engineer of record.
• Audit supplier plants for owners and agencies.
• Supervise and develop Level I and II inspectors across plants and projects.
