Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Senior Precast Inspector III to lead plant QC programs and prepare facilities for PCI certification audits and DOT approvals. You will resolve prestressed product issues with the engineer of record and audit supplier plants for owners and agencies.

This senior technical role requires PCI Level III certification with 6+ years of precast QC, plus experience supervising Level I and II inspectors across multiple plants and projects.

Qualifications

• PCI Level III QC certification and 6+ years in precast QC with supervision experience.
• Deep knowledge of PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state DOT specifications.
• Proven ability to prepare plants for PCI certification audits and host audits.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals per PCI and DOT requirements.
• Prepare plants for PCI certification audits and DOT approvals; lead corrective actions.
• Resolve structural acceptance questions on prestressed products with the engineer of record.
• Audit supplier plants for owners and agencies; qualify precast suppliers.
• Supervise and develop Level I and II inspectors across plants and projects.
