Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Senior Precast Concrete Inspector III to lead plant quality control programs and audits. You will prepare plants for PCI certification and DOT approvals, mentor Level I and II inspectors, and resolve critical prestressed product acceptance questions with engineers of record.

The role requires PCI QC Certification Level III (current) and 6+ years of relevant experience, along with strong knowledge of PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT specs.

Qualifications

• PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III (current).
• 6+ years of precast and prestressed QC including supervision.
• Command of PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state DOT precast and prestressed specifications.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals to PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT requirements.
• Prepare plants for PCI certification audits and DOT approvals.
• Lead corrective actions and resolve structural acceptance questions on prestressed products with the engineer of record.
