Job summary

Qualifications

• PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III is required.
• 6+ years of precast and prestressed QC including supervision.
• Credible with plant managers, engineers of record, and DOT inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals to PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT requirements.
• Prepare plants for PCI certification audits and DOT approvals.
• Lead corrective actions and resolve structural acceptance questions on prestressed products with the engineer of record.
• Audit supplier plants for owners and agencies; qualify precast suppliers; supervise and develop Level I and II inspectors.
