Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Senior Precast Inspector to lead quality control for precast and prestressed products. You will establish plant QC programs, prepare plants for PCI audits, and resolve structural acceptance questions with the engineer of record.

You will supervise Level I and II inspectors, audit supplier plants, and ensure compliance with PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT requirements. Strong communication with plant managers and inspectors is essential.

Qualifications

• PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III required and current.
• 6+ years of precast and prestressed QC with supervision experience.
• Strong command of PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT precast specifications.
• Experience preparing plants for PCI certification and hosting audits.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals to PCI and DOT requirements.
• Lead corrective actions and resolve structural acceptance questions with the engineer of record.
• Audit supplier plants for owners and agencies and supervise inspectors.
