Job summary

Everpure seeks a Senior Pre-Sales Systems Engineer for its federal civilian team to tailor Pure Storage solutions to customer needs. You will work with sales, act as a technical expert, and drive the technical win with architecture and demonstrations.

You will engage in RFI/RFP responses, evaluations, benchmarks, and field leadership, shaping strategy and messaging for customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Pre-sales experience is required.
• 5 or more years of relevant experience across technology, design, and communications.
• Deep understanding of multi-tiered client/server and web-based computing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop an exhaustive understanding of a customer’s business drivers.
• Connect technology solutions to measurable customer outcomes.
• Partner with account managers and partners to drive revenue growth.
• Lead technical responsibilities and sales strategy.
• Present technical product and architecture concepts to customers to win deals.
• Capture requirements and translate business needs into solutions.
• Author responses to RFIs and RFPs.
• Identify opportunities for interoperability and performance validation.
