You will act as a trusted advisor, bring deep Cisco solution knowledge, lead high-impact customer engagements, and develop executive relationships to shape the portfolio and offerings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years industry experience as a pre-sales solutions engineer.
• Deep knowledge across Cisco’s Route/Switch and Security portfolio.
• Proven track record leading strategic multi-architecture sales cycles and franchise wins.
• Senior Leadership support experience (internal applicants)

Responsibilities

• Technical, trusted advisor to SLED Account Teams and Customers
• Bring thought leadership and deep technical knowledge across Cisco solutions and architectures
• Lead high-impact customer engagements (Tech Days, Cisco Experience Center, Executive Discussions)
• Champion culture of learning, coaching, and technical excellence
• Develop executive relationships and champion strategic technical strategies
• Represent customer needs in advisory boards and tiger teams
• Create and drive campaigns and initiatives for the operation
• Invest in personal development and certifications
• Innovation pilots and early field trials
• Feedback loops from the field into development
• Measure impact: pipeline growth and franchise wins
