MongoDB, Inc. is seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Architect to guide customers in designing and deploying scalable data-centric solutions using MongoDB. You will work with sales to align technical strategies to business goals, deliver demos, and craft value propositions for large enterprises.

The role is remote, based in the US with flexibility for the Austin, Dallas, or Houston regions; expect travel up to 25% and collaboration across product, engineering, and customer teams.

Formación

• 8–11 years in a customer-facing role, with 5–7 years in pre-sales with enterprise software.
• 3+ years experience with modern scripting languages and/or programming languages listed.
• Experience designing scalable distributed cloud and on-prem architectures.
• Ability to review complex architectures and guide improvements using technology.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills for leadership level interactions.
• Strategize with sales to drive a multi-threaded account plan with MongoDB and ecosystem resources.
• Travel up to 25% to meet customers.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design scalable, performant applications and infrastructure leveraging MongoDB.
• Advise on architecture patterns and communicate business value to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive account success including technical discovery, demos, POC, sizing, and documentation.
• Proactively generate demand through technical initiatives and industry events.
• Foster strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Mentor other Solutions Consulting team members and share best practices.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay current with MongoDB products and trends.
