Responsibilities

• Review and understand industry use cases; collaborate on requirements and design for solution configurations
• Configure moderately complex software solutions to meet business needs
• Perform initial testing of configurations and document testing criteria for QA
• Support customers and partners during early adoption and deployment
• Triage and prioritize non-critical defects and communicate with stakeholders
• Participate in solution peer reviews to promote quality and continuous improvement
