Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an Associate Director, Pre-Sales in the United States. You will lead the technical and functional dimensions of complex software sales cycles, bridging product expertise with client business needs to enable enterprise deals.

You will work across direct client engagements and partner-led opportunities, with a mix of individual contribution and team enablement in every cycle you touch.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting or technical sales in enterprise software.
• Proven track record closing seven-figure TCV deals in complex environments.
• Deep expertise in at least one enterprise software domain.
• Strong understanding of SaaS deployment, API integration and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience creating reusable proposal and demo assets.
• Experience supporting AI-native software products and demos.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end pre-sales engagement from discovery to proposal and demo.
• Lead client workshops and PoC engagements translating product into outcomes.
• Define solution scope, architecture, and deployment approach with the client.
• Develop compelling narratives for executive and technical audiences.
• Serve as primary technical and functional contact during pre-sales.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams to qualify opportunities.
