Job summary

Accenture PLC in the United States seeks an Associate Director, Pre-Sales to lead the technical and functional dimension of complex software sales cycles, bridging deep product expertise with client business needs and owning the solution narrative that enables the sales team to close enterprise deals.

You will work across direct client engagements and partner-led opportunities, and bring a mix of individual contribution and team enablement to every cycle you touch.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years experience in pre-sales or solution consulting in enterprise software.
• Proven track record closing seven-figure TCV deals in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Deep expertise in at least one enterprise software domain relevant to Accenture's product portfolio.
• 5+ years in enterprise architecture, SaaS deployment, API integration and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end pre-sales engagement for strategic opportunities from discovery through proposal and demonstration.
• Lead client workshops and PoCs translating product capabilities into measurable outcomes.
• Define solution scope, integration architecture and deployment approach aligned with client requirements.
• Develop and deliver compelling solution narratives for C-suite and technical audiences.
• Serve as the primary technical and functional contact during pre-sales, coordinating with sales and client teams.
• Coach junior pre-sales team members on solution positioning and technical storytelling.
