Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Associate Director, Pre-Sales in the United States to lead the technical and functional dimension of complex software sales cycles. You will bridge product expertise with client needs, owning the solution narrative to help the sales team close enterprise deals, working across direct client engagements and partner-led opportunities.

In this role you will define solution scope and deployment approaches, develop compelling narratives for C-suite and technical audiences,

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in pre-sales or solution consulting.
• 12+ years experience closing seven-figure TCV deals.
• Deep expertise in at least one enterprise software domain.
• 5+ years in enterprise architecture, SaaS deployment, API integration and cloud.
• 5+ years developing reusable proposal and demo assets.
• 6+ months supporting pre-sales for AI-native software products.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end pre-sales engagements from discovery to proposal and demos.
• Lead client workshops and PoCs translating product capabilities into outcomes.
• Define solution scope, architecture, and deployment approach.
• Develop compelling narratives for executive and technical audiences.
• Serve as primary technical and functional contact during pre-sales.
• Collaborate with sales and client account teams to shape the right solution.
• Coach junior team members on positioning and demos.
• Represent Accenture at industry events and client briefings.
