Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver presentations to all levels in the prospect's organization.
Lead discovery workshops to gather customer requirements and business challenges.
Create solution vision and explain how it addresses technical and business outcomes.
Develop customer facing assessment reports documenting current and future state.
Manage and coordinate proofs of concept (POCs) and plan with use cases.
Deliver technical content for RFPs and participate in trade shows and conferences.
Contribute to the technical direction while staying customer-focused.
Communicate with sales and product management on customer initiatives.
Map customer requirements to a solution approach.
