Job summary

Pegasystems is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to join our Americas presales architecture team. You will guide complex enterprise client engagements, translating architectural concepts into business outcomes while collaborating with sales, solution consulting, and product teams.

The role involves leading discussions with both technical and executive audiences, nurturing relationships across multiple regions, and driving successful deals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, presales, or related technical roles.
• Proficiency in Spanish or Portugese is a huge plus as work with multiple language regions.
