Job summary

Persistent Systems is seeking a senior pre-sales leader to drive joint go-to-market, solutioning, and deployments for a major technology customer across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. You will shape discovery, architecture, and ROI storytelling with 15+ years of experience and executive communication skills.

You will guide architecture, prepare pre-sales artifacts, and ensure clean handoffs into delivery, delivering measurable business outcomes and strong partners across the alliance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise solutions spanning architecture, pre-sales, and delivery.
• 8+ years in customer-facing pre-sales for complex pursuits.
• Demonstrated success with customer product GTM and deployments in hybrid and multi-cloud architectures.
• Strong command of network and security design, performance engineering, and cost modeling.
• Executive-level communication and storytelling skills, including ROI/TCO articulation.
• Proven alliance motion experience, including joint account planning and MDF activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, architecture, value articulation for software solutions and handoffs into delivery.
• Own the solution narrative and competitive positioning; translate ROI/TCO for executives.
• Drive deal registration, joint account planning, and alliance-driven GTM activities.
• Co-create reference architectures, SOWs, effort and cost models; ensure delivery readiness.
