Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Cloud Technical Architect to drive pre-sales enterprise architecture across AI and cloud adoption. You will lead discussions, craft compelling architectures, and align technical solutions with customer business goals.

The role requires deep domain knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and comfort presenting to executives. Ideally you understand agentic AI, Data360, Flow orchestration, and have experience building scalable enterprise software.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand business & IT department requirements, translate to a compelling solution and present to exec audiences.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise software applications and their delivery.
• Some coding experience and willingness to work with code (Apex, Node, Go, R, Java or C#, JavaScript, python, Ruby, etc.).
• Database and data management fundamentals.
• Web and mobile application development and architecture.
• Application lifecycle management and integration principles.
• Enterprise data management tools and methods.
• Process orchestration and security fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills; travel domestically.
