Responsibilities

• Oversees the operations of a free standing center or multiple larger scope or higher revenue practices within Core with emphasis on growth and expansion.
• Builds relationships with physicians, providers, and staff to ensure physician/provider and employee satisfaction.
• Fosters an environment of teamwork at all levels of the practice.
• Manages staff performance through practice supervisors.
• Resolves operational issues within one business day when possible.
• Develops and maintains a culture of continuous quality improvement focused on KPIs and Lean methodologies.
• Manages access, patient volume, revenue, and controllable expenses to meet budget goals.
• Collaborates with leadership to develop annual operating and capital budgets.
