Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred or 10+ years leadership responsibility.
• Experience in ambulatory specialty operations, finance, HR, health IT, and Epic workflows.
• Familiarity with wRVU-based physician compensation models and specialty labor market dynamics.
• Demonstrated strategic leadership with the ability to execute in a dyad model.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis for complex documents and databases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of practice operations across BILHSC.
• Partner with the CMO to optimize quality, safety, access, patient experience, provider and staff engagement, and financial performance.
• Maintain clinical operations in accordance with accreditation, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead operational strategy execution and develop a strategic operational plan for growth and market competitiveness.
• Drive performance visibility and accountability across staffing, supply, Epic workflows, and front-end revenue cycle across specialties and regions.
• Build and lead specialty affinity groups for cross-regional learning and best-practice sharing.
• Ensure performance reviews and leadership development plans for all direct and indirect reports.
• Manage Executive Directors and Directors with regional/specialty portfolio accountability; foster succession planning.
• Oversee space planning and ambulatory expansion/site development.
• Navigate dual accountability structures between medical group and hospitals for credentialing and scheduling.
• Support service-line expansion to reduce outmigration and grow market share.
• Lead budget management and variance mitigation across all specialty practices.
• Guide leaders in developing operations to achieve high performance.
