Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum seven (7) years operation management experience; at least three (3) years healthcare management with direct people management.
• Knowledge of PCMH principles and practices.
• Ability to create a patient-centered environment aligned with the organization’s mission.
• Ability to maintain knowledge of current practices and roles of care team members.
• Strong, professional communication and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of health centers and serve as the main facilities and safety contact.
• Lead direct reports, set expectations, monitor performance, and provide coaching.
• Ensure OSHA, IDPH, and regulatory compliance in partnership with Medical Director.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and address staff/patient issues.
• Organize monthly staff meetings to review operations and outcomes.
• Coordinate workflows and schedules, implement PCMH daily team huddles, ensure policy adherence.
