Qualifications

• Experience with EMR and data entry preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greets and guides visitors with professionalism and builds loyalty.
• Notifies staff of visitors, takes messages, and provides referrals.
• Screens patients for COVID-19 and other illnesses per policy.
• Records demographics, billing, and insurance data in EMR.
• Collects payments and processes co-pays at visits.
• Schedules and coordinates patient appointments.
• Ensures PPE compliance and patient safety during visits.
• Maintains efficient patient flow using the EMR system.
