Job summary

Kiva is seeking a Senior Manager, Public Relations to lead PR strategy, media relations, and thought leadership across the Communications & Influence team. You will shape campaigns with partners, amplify narratives on LinkedIn, and drive analytics-driven results.

This role collaborates with Marketing and Strategic Partnerships to maximize impact while managing a national remote footprint. We offer a comprehensive package for a fully remote US-based hire, including health/dental/vision, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Experience in public relations and media relations, including direct media pitching and journalist relationship management.
• Experience developing and executing thought leadership strategy, including narrative development and channel activation.
• Experience managing multi-partner communications or marketing campaigns across internal teams and external partners.
• Experience with PR agencies or agency management on client side.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and storytelling for external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Public relations and media – lead PR strategy, secure media opportunities, and manage PR firm relationship.
• Partner campaigns – shape and execute campaigns with Strategic Partners, Lending Partners, hubs, and foundations.
• Thought leadership amplification – own LinkedIn strategy and amplify senior leader narratives.
• Analytics, Insights & Amplification – track performance and socialize results across teams.
