Job summary
Kiva seeks a Senior Manager, Public Relations to drive PR, media strategy, and thought leadership across key partners and hubs. You will guide campaigns, manage LinkedIn strategy, and collaborate with Marketing and Strategic Partnerships to maximize external visibility and impact.
The role blends direction with hands-on execution and data-driven storytelling. You will partner with Directors and PR firms, surface borrower stories and impact metrics, and amplify leadership narratives at
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in public relations and media relations.
- Experience developing and executing thought leadership strategy.
- Experience coordinating multi-partner communications campaigns.
- Experience managing agency relationships or working with PR agencies.
- Familiar with social publishing and analytics platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead PR and media efforts in collaboration with the Director and PR firm.
- Pull borrower stories, impact stats, and metrics to support campaigns.
- Own Muck Rack data, media lists, and localized pitching.
- Lead campaigns with Strategic Partners, Lending Partners, hubs and foundations.
