Kiva Senior Manager, Public Relations leads the PR and media backbone of Kiva's Communications & Influence team. The role spans PR, media strategy, partner campaigns, and thought leadership amplification, driving external visibility and impact across focus areas.

This position requires US work authorization on a permanent basis and involves owning the LinkedIn channel strategy and collaboration with Marketing and Strategic Partnerships to maximize PR results.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in public relations and media relations.
• Experience developing and executing thought leadership strategy and positioning senior leaders.
• Experience managing multi-partner communications or marketing campaigns.
• Experience with PR agencies or managing agency relationships.
• Ability to translate data and borrower stories into compelling PR materials.

Responsabilidades

• Public relations and media: support PR goals and manage media relationships.
• Lead partner campaigns end-to-end with Strategic Partners, Lending Partners, hubs, and granting organizations.
• Own LinkedIn strategy and amplification of thought leadership.
• Analyze and report on PR, media coverage, LinkedIn, and partner campaigns.
