Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Senior Business Process Lead – PPM to own and standardize Oracle ERP-enabled PPM capabilities. You will partner with Finance, Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and IT to translate requirements into ready-to-go outcomes and acceptance criteria.

You will lead the PPM workstream, manage demand intake in ServiceNow and Azure DevOps, and drive readiness for quarterly Oracle releases with strong emphasis on controls and reporting integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years with Oracle PPM or Oracle EBS required.
• High school diploma with 9+ years of experience acceptable.
• Experience in a professional services firm is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the Financial Systems SME for the PPM workstream and partner with business SMEs.
• Translate SME input into clear outcomes and acceptance criteria; drive timely decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of current-state and target-state PPM processes, policies, and control expectations.
• Develop and maintain BPMN process maps.
• Develop and execute test scenarios and UAT; validate fixes.
• Collaborate with IT ERP Product Delivery teams on design documents.
