Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Senior Supplier Industrialization Manager to lead a team of Supplier Industrialization Engineers responsible for metals and drive unit commodities. You will manage supplier development, from sourcing through Start of Production to post-launch stabilization, ensuring readiness, capacity, and quality across complex powertrain components.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing, supplier quality, supplier industrialization, or product launch.
5+ years of people leadership and team management experience.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop Supplier Industrialization Engineers, setting objectives and building accountability.
Own supplier industrialization from sourcing through Start of Production and post-launch stabilization.
Drive completion and quality of APQP and PPAP deliverables, including PFMEAs and Control Plans.
Provide manufacturing leadership across die castings, aluminum castings, forgings, machining, gears, motor components, rotors/stators, housings, and drive unit assemblies.
Lead data-driven risk mitigation, root-cause analysis, containment, and corrective actions; develop PFMEAs and lessons-learned repositories.
Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, Program Management, and Operations to support sourcing decisions.
Improve supplier quality, delivery, capacity, and cost using Lean, Six Sigma, and standardized methods.
